2. Agency Role
Sky’s Travel acts solely as an agent for third-party travel providers. We are not responsible for acts, errors, or omissions of these third parties, including delays, cancellations, or changes to travel services.
3. Price Changes
All pricing is subject to change until full payment is received. Price increases resulting from government-imposed taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations after payment are the responsibility of the traveler.
4. Deposits & Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required to secure your booking.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
Missed payment deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations may result in up to 100% loss of trip cost, including deposits. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
6. Changes to Bookings
Changes after booking are subject to the following administrative fees, in addition to supplier-imposed fees:
$75 for domestic travel
$150 for international travel
All changes must be requested in writing.
7. Baggage Fees
Baggage policies and fees vary by airline. Please check directly with your airline for details. Sky’s Travel is not responsible for baggage fees or policies.
8. Credit Card Charges
You are responsible for all charges processed by travel providers using your credit card. By submitting payment, you authorize Sky’s Travel and its suppliers to charge your card.
9. Insurance
We strongly recommend travel protection or insurance. All claims must be made directly through the insurance provider. Sky’s Travel does not process insurance claims.
10. Additional Taxes & Fees
Local taxes, resort fees, and surcharges may apply at your destination and are the traveler’s responsibility.
11. Travel Documentation
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required documents. Mistakes may result in denied boarding, entry refusal, or trip cancellation without refund.
12. Health & Entry Requirements
You must comply with all health, vaccination, and entry requirements for your destination. Requirements can vary and may change without notice.
13. Refusal of Service
Travel providers reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including—but not limited to—lack of documentation, misconduct, or security concerns. Sky’s Travel is not liable in such cases.
14. Privacy & Legal
We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy at www.skystravel.com/privacy. All bookings are governed by California law, regardless of your location.
Friends & Family Booking Policy
Sky’s Travel welcomes friends and family to participate in existing group events only. The following applies:
No individual bookings for friends or family will be accepted outside of group packages.
All participants must follow group terms, pricing, and policies—no exceptions.
No special discounts or perks are available unless part of an official promotion.
All bookings must be completed through official channels—off-the-record transactions will not be honored.
Friends and family are subject to the same payment, cancellation, and refund policies as all clients.
Space is limited and not guaranteed for additional participants.
Customizations outside the group package will not be provided.
Exceptions may be granted by management in writing and are rare.
Employee Expectations
Employees must:

Maintain confidentiality of all booking and pricing details.
Avoid misrepresentation or unauthorized discounts.
Violations may result in disciplinary action or loss of booking privileges.

Modifications to Hotels and Special Events
Sky’s Travel reserves the right to modify hotels, itineraries, and special events when necessary due to factors such as overbooking, supplier changes, weather, or other unforeseen issues.
We will strive to provide comparable experiences of equal or greater value and will notify you promptly of any changes.
Refund Policy & Travel Protection
All payments for special events are strictly non-refundable.
We strongly advise purchasing travel protection to guard against trip interruptions, cancellations, or personal emergencies.
No exceptions to our refund policy will be made unless outlined in writing by Sky’s Travel.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may result in collections or legal action to recover owed funds.
